Athene is from my first litter, and was at that time sold to a young couple we were acquainted with. After a few years we stopped hearing from them and so lost contact with Athene. Then, in July 2007 someone wrote on a cat-forum that she had gotten Athene. Since both Athene's mother, and her sister that I had kept for myself, had died, I was desperate to get Athene back. I contacted her new owner, and fortunately she could understand my wish, and let Athene come back to me - instead I gave her a kitten.
Athene gave me a daughter, Ranja, in August 2009.
In January 2010 I had to send her over the rainbow due to a very persistent Asthma.
